5. PRODUCT CUSTOMIZATION AND ZAKEKE
World Luxury Gadget uses Zakeke, a product customization platform provided by Futurenext S.r.l., to offer interactive product customization services.
Customers may upload logos, images, PDF files and text to create personalized designs and preview products before completing their purchases.
Customization files and related information are processed for the purposes of providing the customization service, managing production, fulfilling orders and handling related customer requests.
World Luxury Gadget does not maintain a separate archive of customer logos specifically for future repeat orders.
However, customization files may be stored and processed within Zakeke’s technical systems and those of authorized production partners.
Zakeke processes personal data on behalf of World Luxury Gadget under the applicable contractual and data protection arrangements.
According to Zakeke’s published contractual terms, assets associated with an account are deleted six months after termination of the subscription. This does not necessarily represent the retention period for individual files while the subscription remains active.
Customization files are subject to the applicable processing purposes, service arrangements, retention requirements and data protection obligations.
Customers should avoid uploading personal or sensitive information that is unnecessary for product customization.

6. PAYMENT PROCESSING
Payments may be made using credit or debit cards, PayPal or bank transfer, depending on the payment options available at checkout.
Electronic payments are processed through third-party payment service providers, including Stripe and PayPal.
World Luxury Gadget processes transaction information necessary to verify payments, manage purchases, issue refunds and comply with administrative obligations.
Complete payment card credentials are handled by the relevant payment service providers and are not intended to be stored in WLG’s own customer database.
Payment service providers may act as independent data controllers or data processors depending on their respective processing activities and legal obligations.
7. INTERNATIONAL SUPPLIERS AND SHIPPING
World Luxury Gadget works with selected production partners, manufacturers and logistics providers, including Leeline Group and other suppliers located in China.
To manufacture, customize and deliver purchased products, we may communicate the personal data necessary for the relevant services.

Customer accounts

Orders and accounting records
Relevant accounting, invoicing and transaction documentation is generally retained for ten years in accordance with applicable Italian legal requirements, without prejudice to longer periods required by law or pending disputes.
Customization files
World Luxury Gadget does not maintain a separate customer logo archive for future repeat orders.
Customization files may remain in Zakeke’s systems and within authorized production systems for the periods required by the relevant services and applicable data protection arrangements.
Under Zakeke’s published contractual terms, account-related assets are deleted six months after termination of the subscription, without prejudice to other applicable provisions concerning individual files and legally required retention.
Customer support communications
Information submitted through contact forms and customer support channels is retained for the period reasonably necessary to handle the relevant request and, where justified, establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Newsletter information
Newsletter data is processed for the relevant marketing purposes until consent is withdrawn or the applicable retention period expires.
Limited information may be retained where necessary to document consent, demonstrate compliance with legal obligations or respect unsubscribe requests.
Technical and security information
Technical logs and related information are retained for periods determined by legitimate operational and security requirements and applicable law.
When continued retention is no longer justified, personal data is deleted or anonymized in accordance with applicable legislation.
10. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
World Luxury Gadget works with technology, production and logistics partners that may operate outside the European Economic Area, including in China.
Where necessary for the fulfilment of orders and the provision of services, personal data may be transferred to recipients located outside the European Economic Area.
